In the event of a service outage

1. Email or call the eDevelopment Online Services Operations Group using the Emergency Contact information to the right. Please supply the following information:

   a. Your name

   b. A callback number

   c. The URL of the site that is experiencing problems, i.e.    
       http://www.<domain>.com/<sitename>

   d. A short description of the problem


2. A support technician will promptly contact and assist you with your issue. Normal business operations are from 8:00am through 5:00pm CST. Emergency issues will be addressed immediately either by our off-hours monitoring group or by a support technician.

 

To suggest an enhancement or addition to the service

We are constantly striving to create a better experience for all our customers. Should you have a suggestion or if you would like to propose enhancements to our current offering please email us at support.edev@plp.com. Please include the following information:

   a. Your name

   b. A callback number

   c. A short description of the enhancement

   d. A story or use case that you want to solve
